This is Gabriela. She is a dancer in New York City. We shot in two different subway stations on a Saturday morning in mid July. It was easily on of the hottest days of the summer. It was around 100° F this day and we shot underground in two different subway stations.
The first stop was in Brooklyn. York Street is a stop on the F Train on the way to Coney Island.
The images of Gabriela in a red flowy dress were shot in this fairly empty station.
After we shot at York Street for about an hour we hopped on the train and zipped into Manhattan and up to 86th St. This time we had some relief since the station is air conditioned. Below are some of the images from that station.
